Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The figurine and box all came very well packed for shipping. I definitely would recommend this store. Also a side note they cost about .80 cent more then other store seller like Ainime Store but those other don't care if you get damaged product or even fully get all your product. So don't shop at those store just to save a few cent.

il prodotto è una copia dell'originale set di brotherhood ii della banpresto ma il risultato per il costo è veramente impressionante oltre al fatto che il set non è più in produzione. essendo una copia il pezzi non si incastrano alla perfezione ma comunque rimane un buon compromesso per avere a casa l'intero set e far figura nella propria collezione. il venditore ha spedito pure le scatole, apprezzatisimo. consiglio di comprarlo se non si vuole spendere un patrimonio e non si è, come me, veri collezionisti.

As três figure action estão intactas, mas o espaço pra conectar os personagens nos pinos está maior do que o espaço das pernas deles.
