Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The details in these small figures is really amazing. I opted for the six figures sitting on some kind of stool and they came in a big bag, wrapped in many layers of bubble-wrap. So: - excellent packaging ;-) The bigger pictures in the ad show exactly what you get and I had to use a magnifying glass to see the expressions on their faces and the eyes in particular. I'm very very happy with this set of six ;-)

Estan muy bien hechos y parecen de muy buena calidad, los ojos y la cara estan muy bien pintados, ... excepto kakashi que me ha llegado un poco raro, el pelo no esta bien pegado y queda un poco separado de su posicion, aunque creo que lo podré pegar bien.

Приехал за 20-22 дня. Запакована хорошо. описание... есть не соответствие, фигурки не по 9 см, а по 7-8 см, в некоторых местах они покоцоны, но это не почта виновата Но за свою цену, это удволитварительно, темболее если не всматриваться не заметно
